[OHCHR] Geneva — The UN Human Rights Committee, made up of 18 individual experts who monitor implementation of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), has issued a comprehensive legal guidance, also known as 'general comment', on article 21 of ICCPR about fundamental right of peaceful assembly.
