Technical Quality of Service Regulation

Technical QoS regulation falls under a regulator’s technical responsibilities. QoS is the totality of characteristics of power supply services that bear on its ability to satisfy the needs of consumers (typically end-users). Technical QoS can be divided into two sub-categories: (1) continuity of supply (CoS), and (2) voltage quality (VQ). This webinar will run for two to three hours with time for questions and discussion.
